At Deliver.Market, our first priority is the health and safety of our team members and customers. We only offer zero contact deliveries until the current epidemic has been completely eliminated.

How do we do it?

You friendly delivery driver will deliver place your package at your front door. They will then step back a minimum of 2m before contacting you by phone to let you know your order has arrived and will wait to ensure you have collected your order.

Will all orders be Zero Contact Delivery?

Yes. For the health and safety of our Customers and Staff we have implemented this across all orders – no other option will be available. Please do not approach the delivery driver within a 2m radius. A simple hello and thank you from the door is appreciated. Any persons not respecting social distancing will have their address logged as non-deliverable and shared with similar operators delivering in the area.

Can I pay with cash?

No, all orders are taken care by our online ordering system. Cash is not an option.

What else are we doing? What should I do?

Deliver.Market follows strict food safety and hygiene procedures, including regular hand washing, sanitising and wearing fresh gloves handling any food products. We also ensure our vendors comply with health and safety regulations, which includes social distancing, frequent sanitising and minimal handling of orders. During sorting and packing of orders, Deliver.Market will handle every order with clean gloves. We may also sanitise the exterior of packaging to help avoid any potential spread of covid-19. This process may leave marks on some packaging, however we feel this is a good thing. We do not sanitise open products, or products in porous packaging (eg. bread in a paper bag) to avoid sanitiser contaminating the product. We highly recommend washing all fruit and vegetable items where possible. All of us, need to work as a team to cease the spread of Corona.
